Welcome! I'm glad you made it to this section.
Let’s be completely honest from the start: I’m not an athlete, and I’ve never claimed to be one. I’m 40 years old, and my approach to physical activity is all about a light, sustainable routine that simply keeps my body from rusting out.
I don't know if you experience the same thing, but I notice it immediately: if I go a couple of weeks without moving, my body literally starts feeling stiff, tight, and "rusty."
I used to go to a gym, but mostly because it was just a 5-minute walk from my apartment. Right now, the nearest gym is a 30-minute walk away. For me, spending an hour just commuting back and forth feels like a waste of time. So instead, I shifted my focus to finding simple, effective, and engaging exercises that I can easily do right at home.
Everything I publish in this section is something I collect primarily for myself. Whenever I used to come across a great exercise or mobility drill, I would write it down on random scraps of paper or phone notes—and eventually lose it. Now, my entire personal library lives here in one place.
I hope this collection comes in handy for you too if you're looking for a simple, low-pressure way to stay mobile and feel good without forcing yourself into heavy gym routines or long commutes!
